Arthur Franck To Head Jury at Helsinki Arab Film Festival

Arthur Franck, the Finnish acclaimed documentary filmmaker and experienced participant in international film festivals, will chair the jury for the 2nd edition of the Helsinki Arab Film Festival (HelAFF).
Mr. Franck boasts a long and distinguished career in cinema. His recent work, “The Helsinki Effect”, premiered at the opening ceremony of Finland's chairpersonship for the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in February.
The film is Finland's nominee for the Nordic Council Film Prize.
His expertise and vision are expected to greatly enrich the festival’s jury deliberations and selections.
